The Office of Faith-Based Initiatives really should be shut down.

I could really get behind that if they would also take all funds being spent through that entity and refund it directly back to the people to let them apply it as they see fit.

Except that there is no delegated power granted to the Federal government to contract out social services to any organizations, religious or otherwise. Beyond that, there is no delegated power granted to the Federal government to provide any social services at all.

As a result, this office is unconstitutional and illegal, and must be shut down.
