Thanks for the ping SandRat. I read about this on Drudge and felt very sad about it. This has happened in my town when an owner didn't get to the pound in time and those in charge made a mistake.
It's a very sad thing to have happen but then people in hospitals have had some tragic things done to them through someone’s error.
