Once Mr. Tyner said he no longer wanted to fly that day the issue should have been over.

Their threats to him after he refused to be groped were very troubling.

I fly out of San Diego at least 1/2 a dozen times a year. I submitted to a pat down in July. I can't imagine being threatened with prosecution for refusing and saying I would rather not fly.

More disturbing is Napolitano's comment that the TSA acted appropriately. A similar statement was released by the head of the local San Diego TSA. Can you imagine the outrage in the media had this occurred while Bush was still president?
