What some of these other folks are talking about is enforcing THEIR view of morality from the point of a gun. Giving MORE power to the FedGov rather than taking that power away so no one gets hurt with it.

SOMEONE"s morality is going to define what society's morality is going to be. There is no morally neutral or morally *free*. Lack of Christian morals is immorality and it WILL have an impact on society, just as we're seeing now.
Are you blind to what's been going on in out society as the Biblical values and morals this country was built on has been abandoned? It's because of the abandonment of morals regarding sexuality that the homosexual movement has gained so much power and is now using the federal government to regulate things that it has no business regulating. It's gotten to the point where the federal government is granting special privileges to homosexuals. That's decreased government interference? Really?
We've abandoned morality regarding the sanctity of human life that is based on the Judeo-Christian value and moral system and look where it's got us. Abortion on demand and now death panels in obama care. How's that for less government interference?
Abandoning Christian morals and values only results in MORE government interference as the government is forced to implement external controls to protect society and try to keep it from coming apart at the seams and as it attempts to implement the immoral wishes of he perverted minority on a moral majority that doesn't want them.
