SAN DIEGO (AP) -- A man was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence after he slammed his car head-on into a group of motorcycle riders celebrating their club's 10th anniversary, killing four motorcyclists and his companion, authorities said Sunday.
The driver, Carlos Rodriguez Bobadilla, was among six people injured in Saturday's crash on a remote desert highway, said California Highway Patrol Officer DeeAnn Goudie.

suspicion means just that suspected..not proven.
How did that happen merena?
And why would be be attempting to protect someone that was impaired, after killing multiple innocent people?
Is it because he's a Mexican merena?
Nope, I am supporting the belief of innocent till proven guilty and why does it matter where the man is from? He isn´t an illegal immigrant..so do you automatically assume that a person is guilty based on nationality?
I know personally of a case where a man was arrested(no car accident) for suspicion of drunk driving and the person did not have ANY alcohol in their system at all..zero, zilch, nada. After that suspicion to me just means suspicion..they arrest you to take the test, it is called probable cause..but the arrest is not proof and it is not a conviction of anything. I sure hope you are never arrested for suspicion of drunk driving...according to your theory we should hang you before trial or even blood test.
No it would be because he swerved after a car was heading at him head on and he lost control..a situation that could happen to you or me..and again we don´t know for sure what his BAC level is...wait for the test before condemning a man who was not at fault for the accident. You called me a liar..what do you base your evidence on that I am a liar since I provided proof to you via links of what I was saying..where is your proof that he failed the BAC test? Where is your proof he was faulted by the police? Can I see links?
How did the alcohol get on his breath??
Is this all a lie?
Is it possible the Mexican that has alcohol on his breath lost control due to being impaired?
Yes or no?
and dragnet, the only person that seems to care what his nationality was is YOU...why do you care what his nationality is drag net? do you hate Mexicans?
Btw, I was a victim of a drunk driving accident so please stop the childish crap on your part.

Drinking impairs reaction time.
We don´t know and won´t know that until the results..but no that would not be why he swerved his car..eye witnesses say that he swerved to AVOID the Honda that was headed at him head on going 95 mph while he was going 60, five miles below the speed limit...can you admit that you might be wrong? Do you not question why they didn´t smell any alcohol at the scene but suddenly did five hours later? Does that not sound a little strange to you if as you alledge they had him in custody the whole time...
One more time merena....
Is it possible the Mexican that has alcohol on his breath lost control due to being impaired?
Yes or no?
sure it does..so does lots of other things, inexperience, stress, talking on a phone, fatigue, etc.
That’s a silly counter. You’re being intellectually dishonest by ignoring the obvious.
Is it possible the Mexican that had alcohol on his breath lost control due to being impaired?
Yes or no?
Why will you not answer?
No, he lost control, like the police said because the car was headed at him, straight at him, he over corrected...have you ever been in a car accident? Do you know the amount of sober drivers that over correct? Leave the guy alone until the test results come back..he wasn´t at fault for the wreck..shouldn´t you be calling for the head of the guy in the Honda? Or is that because he is white that you don´t care?
by the way..I lost control of my car too when I was hit by a drunk...I wasn´t drinking for sure as I was five months pregnant at the time and my twins died as a result. Are you also going to fault me because my skin is brown?

Yep...She/he is ducking and dodging, failing to answer a simple direct question.
What's the motive there? Makes ya wonder.
