Russia would have claimed credit for the launch if it had been theirs so it appears that something did happen between the U.S. and China between the launch and the cruise ship incident. We'll never know the truth, though.

EMP attack on a cruise ship? And all their radios and passenger cell phones still work fine? Hoookayyy....

We took out the sub that did it? Musta been a nice fireworks show for the passengers on that ship with nothing else to do, since they had to above deck to escape the stench...........
