Have you noticed something though. Sarah has never mentioned that she’s running for president and has clearly stated it’s not something she spends her waking hours thinking about. So why are her critics worrying about whatever she does will have some type of effect on a presidential run or make her seem “unpresidential?”
As I understand it the series is about Alaska. It’s not about Sarah for President.
Are these pundits so jaded they think everybody is politicking all the time?

If they have listened to the promos on the Alaska show she says something to the effect that ... she’d rather be out in the open spaces rather than cooped up in some office.....
To me that indicates she knows what her and her families preferences are and she doesn’t intend to seek the confinement of the offices in D.C. But as you say some critics can’t leave the subject alone.
Personally I don’t think she intends to run.
I think she intends to be an even greater problem by helping someone else to run.
Maybe because she has so thoroughly blown through their claim that she’s not smart enough to be president. Gotta come up with something besides her being ‘polarizing’.
Amen! In fact in her promo to the show she even states something to the affect that she'd rather be there, free, than stuck in some stuffy political office----or something along those lines. I think she's doing a great job being a lightening rod, inspiring conservatives.
My hunch is that she is just doing her thing and watching to see if she has an opening. She knows full well what the snobs think.

This statement is slight inaccurate. While it’s true she hasn’t announced for President. She HAS dropped hints that if/when she does so, it’s been promised to an Alaskan Radio Station. She also has said that it is a decision that will involve the whole family that she expects to occur soon.
So - she hasn’t YET announced, but she’s taken all the traidtional steps to move towards that decision.
