I find this hard to believe. I lived in Tulsa and my daughter lives there. sure there are some areas that are bad but no t the town as a whole.
More dangerous than Oakland, Chicago or Detroit? I doubt it! The statistics are skewered.
Tulsa doesn’t have a lot of minorities, period. A few rough neighborhoods, both white and minority, but I expect this ranking is driven by traffic fatalities, because seat belt usage is low in Oklahoma.
