FEARS were mounting last night for the safety of six British aid workers taken hostage aboard a ship chartered to ferry supplies to Gaza.
The captain of their hired ship went berserk in a row over money and fled the Libyan port of Derna with ten campaigners on board.
The group were stranded on the Strofades IV ferry after it tore away from its moorings without permission.
Witnesses told how one of the "Road To Hope Convoy" campaign vans was hanging out the ship's rear doors. The Greek captain was seen leaping on to a speedboat to another vessel. Last night it was unclear who was controlling the ferry.

All the stories obviously share the same pool information, but you have to get to the Sun to get a picture of "some" of them--and to find out that the hostage-taking captain may not even be aboard anymore.
Wonder why no investigative journalists are asking some obvious questions.

Did you see those “aid” workers in the photographs? They look more like a mortar team than aid workers. Why do Muslims always hide their hate behind the word “aid”?
Why do journalists always hide their sympathies behind words like “British” and “aid workers.” They were obviously not bringing aid. I’m not sure I even believe they’re the victims in this episode. If the captain left the boat, that means they probably took it over and are doing this as a publicity stunt.
Being a liberal leftist means cut the defense budget but save me when I go hiking in Iran.
Make them all walk the plank.
If these are the new faces of “British” then how sad.

Oh why can’t they speed up the entire process? Take a hand grendade out to thier automobile, far from anybody else and detonate it in their lap? Why belabour the point pretending you are part of the human race wishing to help others when you can just perform a quick-to-heaven, personal Jihad?
