You make it sound like CIA is a Sunday School squeegee clean operation which I don't think at all. I believe it's full of dirty laundry and the people they hire. Of course that's something they never would admit to publicly!!!
They must have given a reason for not hiring you???
They are people and some fall short and make bad choices as in every organization.
It is not their policy to give any reason why a person is not selected as that may give away information best kept secret, especially if they failed a security check.
Having completed the application process, I was given two start dates for training at The Farm and asked to express a preference, if I had one. The first date fell before I could complete my Master in Accounting that I had been working on for two years, and the second date fell just after my 35th birthday and I requested that date knowing that it might put me over the age limit.
When I said "guarantee" I am speaking from my experience, not any authority of course. If you find that to be too strong I will retract "guarantee" and just say that based on my experience of completing the full CIA process right up to selecting a training start date there is no way that a drug using Marxist like Obama would get through the screening I went through.
