I agree. And, I understand from what reading I’ve done that Military, and I think also overseas, ballots are supposed to be counted on the 17th. Then again, the election division seems to want to write it’s own laws as the election goes on. This count taking place now wasn’t supposed to start until the 12th, I believe.
Unfortunately, the judge ruled not to stop the count.

It looks like Murkinskew needs just over 82/93 (88.4%) of the write in votes to count for her. If there are 11% or less that are invalid, she wins. If there are 12% or more invalid, she loses.
folks we're only talking 6000 votes here...toss 3000 of Cows votes due to wrong name,etc...toss 1000 for Daffy Duck...and pick up 2000 or so absenttee or military....IF still uncounted...
definately a winnable race
we're only talking 6000 votes hereThe deficit to make up is approximately 10000 to "write-in". The UN-contested ballots are right at the percent that will produce a tie (about 11% contested or not for Murkowski). If she gets a sympathetic court, she will win easily as the contested ballots are more than enough.
They changed the rules mid-game.
Murkowski knew the rules which is why she had all those commericals telling voters how to spell her name.
