This whole event is just mind boggling. We have lots of experts that are disagreeing with each other. I never figured it would be this hard to get a definite answer to the question of what this was.

I would hope that the raw video could be zoomed and analyzed to provide the proof one way or the other.

To me, it does look like a missile. If it were the contrail of an airplane coming toward the camera from the horizon, the lower part of the contrail would be smaller because it is much farther away, and the upper part of the contrail would be bigger because it is closer. From the looks of, the opposite is true.
