You and I are on the same page -— it’s not a secret that one is expected to take off shoes before entering a mosque - so THINK AHEAD! Maybe this particular outfit doesn’t work for this particular visit?
Why not a longer caftan style top, with coordinating scarf, slim pants, and flats? Or the gauchos that come below the knee? Or a long flowing skirt?

It’s all droopy, drapey and even conceals the feet. Of course- going the full face-covering route would have been the MOST respectful( even fashionable in that animal print!) but the Husseins aren’t QUITE ready to be that openly Muslim yet. YET!
