Officially, they were married and divorced, but I believe a lot of people think that this marriage never took place.

As nearly as I can determine, no marriage certificate has ever been found, ....... only that Stanley stated in the divorce petition that they were once married.

Shouldn’t the cert be in the Hawaiian records

and public record?

Yet it cannot be found.

Perhaps to make up a COLB, forged, it was added at that time but it, like the long form birth certificate, CANNOT be found.

Am I correct in this?

I have asked, and have been told by four different attorneys in four states (none Hawii) if the Marriage Certificate is required in a divorce filing.

All four responded in the affirmative.

There is no marriage license or marriage certificate in the Obama/Dunham divorce.

Obama-Dunham Divorce

If there is a Hawaiian lawyer out there, what is your response to this question?
