Yes. If it was a missile launch, it would have likely reported it?
Also, if it’s a missile, it would look like a missile from all directions, and be much more widely seen/reported. A contrail illusion would only look like a missile in a narrower arc.

Anyone have a good location for the news chopper as he was shooting the video? I am guessing the time as about 5:15pm local (PST). Trying to figure what flight it might be by establishing a better location.
