It was on for a few solid seconds, and I literally marveled over it.

This was a little pre-widespread-internet, so I would understand a relative lack of contemporaneous mention.

And believe me, in the heat of action, things can happen that you didn't intend -- like a failure to remove a logo. I never did see that logo/watermark again. There was no graphic logo, just NSA - National Security Agency

On a more serious note, knowing your candor to be nearly unequaled, I can say I believe you without sending you for an eye exam to explain a lack of more than one person viewing the logo.
