It’s his Natural Born status to be eligible to be president of the United States.


And that status is to be determined by Congress, not by the Courts. Congress had the opportunity to not certify the Electoral College votes of a president-elect who might not qualify as a natural born citizen. Not one out of 535 members of Congress challenged the certification.
