Mr. Jazzy, thanks for writing. Yes I was aware of what I wrote before. I still have confidence in our judiciary. As I wrote in an earlier post on this thread, it is easy to win when the defendant doesn’t show up.
This is the beginning shot in a long battle. We will not consider the issue closed until an en banc panel, the Tenth Circuit, or the US Supremes rule.
