How about we start with the unconstitutional expenditures that flow to the State of Kentucky. Surely the Senator-elect won't mind starting there, right?

I agree, as far as I am concerned we need to gut the federal government, leaving a strong Treasury Dept. and Defense. The rest can be canned.
