I don't believe it.
It's just propaganda to get us arguing over President Bush, who is much too classy to say any such things, "allegedly" or otherwise.
Read it carefully without getting all upset about the slurs of Governor Palin. It's unnamed sources alleging they were told that someone said that President Bush said... etc., etc,. etc.
