Insiders say President George W. Bush thinks Sarah Palin is not qualified to be the president, according to a NY Daily News report.
The paper says Bush also criticized Sen. John McCain for putting her the 2008 Republican ticket.
It doesn't identify any of the Bush friends and sources by name and it quotes one unnamed Republican official who says that McCain's Palin decision made "Bush think less of McCain as a man."

Yep, their tools alright.
And another thing - the left, which includes the mainstream media (and a few party insiders, probably), hates Palin and they hate the Tea Party. They want to detach both from the Republicans as quickly as possible.
THEY DO NOT WANT CONSERVATIVES TO BE LEGITIMATE.
How many times are you going to post this POS? Loser
Excellent and spot on.
I had some guy (not sure if he was a Paultard or not, but he was sure acting like one) quoting me Huffington Post and Media Matters just a few hours ago.
Thanks. Of course, a tactic once understood...
Please pay attention to it because we will see what Republicans are in on it, and who is not. It will be telling who is willing to wait for the primaries, and “may the best man win”...or who is willing to use the liberal press to warn off Palin.
It will be telling.
But this stuff with President Bush is not warranted at all, he has made it clear he wants to stay out of the swamp.
Eh... that just doesn't ring right. I'm not buying it. That just doesn't sound like something he would say, or the way he would say it, even if he thought it.
I find it hard to believe that Bush would speak negatively of Palin behind her back. That just doesn’t fit his character.
Why, WHY doesn't Palin renounce McCain?

/"True" Conservative
LOL! Perfect!
Yep.
You know what happens on the other side of the circle.........the extremists meet.
And it appears that a large number of freepers are on to this shameless tactic.
Regan said it best: They say the world has become too complex for simple answers. They are wrong. There are no easy answers, but there are simple answers. We must have the courage to do what we know is morally right. Winston Churchill said that "the destiny of man is not measured by material computation. When great forces are on the move in the world, we learn we are spirits -- not animals." And he said, "There is something going on in time and space, and beyond time and space, which, whether we like it or not, spells duty"
Palin is NOT a part of the establishment Republican Party therefore all establishment Republicans MUST denigrate her and her political skills. She is too liable to break off on her own path and that is not permitted.
The establishment Dems and Reps already have chosen a path for America and that is failure. Then they will proceed to building the New World Order as approved by the United Nations.
Notice the coward who posted both threads is not replying. Most people on FR are on to his crap: http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/news/2622456/posts?page=51#51
It's an important observation--because you appear to be suffering from "confirmation bias."
Still looking for that Egyptian river, huh?
As much as I like George W.Bush,I think a lot of People said the same thing about him. That he was Not qualified to be President.
But we all know that he turned out fine and I’m sure Sarah Palin will turn out just as well.
