Sarah has the GOP establishment(RINOS) running scared and the more that she is attacked by them the stronger she gets.

I really don’t think it is the 82% favorable that is the key stat in this poll. (Surprisingly, Huck and Romney are both at 79%) It is the number of primary voters who view her “very favorably”, which is an astounding 50%. Huckabee is at 43% and Romney trails at 37% among “very favorables”. These are the people who lick envelopes, knock on doors to GOTV and always vote. And Palin has a very substantial lead in this category over both Huck and Mittens.
It is the very favorables who will determine the GOP nominee.
