I’ve got a ‘water saving’ toilet.
Thank God I also have a good well with unlimited amounts of water....LOL
[can I even buy a “normal” toilet anymore?!? this one is utterly useless]

Check the used furniture and appliance places..also ask around for a plumber that might have one. Another thing I do is adjust the water level up as far as possible.

Not in the US via the usual sources (Lowes, Home Depot) but a few years ago you could still get them in Canada.
Given that, and the fact that many people buy their prescription drugs from Canada, maybe we'll be buying our light bulbs there too.

Ive got a water saving toilet. So do I.
Three of them, in fact. Also a good well.
Guess what? I've never had to flush twice, even to dispose of the biggest "load".
