Feingold’s concession speech closing statement was all I needed to know that he’ll be running again after Kohl retires. He was not happy and he was defiant.

I would venture to guess that he’d be facing Sean Duffy by then.
I’m just not sure... but a campaign against Duffy would be awesome!
