No, what I am saying is that budgetary constraints have translated into not enough diesel for training cruises for future Navy and Marine Corps officers.
It seems to me that using Navy funds for 34 warships to secure the area for a presidential entourage of 3000 on a trip to India and Indonesia might not be the best way to spend the Navy’s limited money when we are already fighting a two-front war.
What is the reason for this trip, anyway?
