Just announced on channel 3 (CBS affiliate)
What is the story about the SoS there?
I think 11 would be correct. Would this give us 35?
What’s up with not releasing the vote totals? That’s rather criminal-ish. Hope Foley has a good team of lawyers....
I just knew it!! I’ve been commenting to my husband about this all along as I watched the chiron crawl thing until it stopped this morning. A that time, Foley was still ahead by about 4,000 votes with 99% in.
So, this is another governorship for us!!
And did anyone notice how they undid the call for Kitzhaber in OR late last night?
Sweet!
Jim Himes (D-CT4)*What kind of math do they use in Connecticut?
95,841 Votes
Winner
50%Dan Debicella (R-CT4)
96,929 Votes
50%
Progressive Math... 2+2=5
Apparently that only works for the Ds. If you’re a Republican it’s: 2+2=3
Unreal! Just WOW!!!
The whole district has reported except the city of Bridgeport, which should give the Democrat a 20,000 vote margin.
She’s probably working feverishly to massage the numbers in such a way as to trigger an automatic recount to give the rats time to cook up some more ballots.
I few more years here and well be able to leave. Im already considering what states to pick from.
Indiana. Conservative state, 4 beautiful seasons, low cost of living.
Thanks for the ping, kidd. Unfortunately, AP seems a little screwed up- e.g it scores New Haven about 7000 (d) and 1000 (r)— when it’s really like a 17,500 vote difference favoring the dem.
That said, I think it’s close- Foley thinks he’s up 1000.
But, the fact is the Dems are playing games— I know Malloy- believe me, Foley is going to have to get some tough lawyers and fight— which, as we know, isn’t the Pubs strong suit.
Aaaah...thanks!
Would that also explain the numbers in the Governor’s race?
Actually, all of Bpt is in- 19K-5K, Dems.
AP is off in its New Haven count, it appears.
Dudley just conceded. Check out my latest post...
Debicella conceded yesterday, early- He was up 10000. But, Bridgeport is in his District- and I supposed he anticipated losing big there.
The numbers in your post likely won’t reflect the final outcome- because some of Bridgeport isn’t included.
But, I don’t think he should have conceded without a fight— lot of people worked hard for him.
Confusing thread....so who has actually won? or itsn’t it determined yet?
It’s not determined...
It’s a confusing thread, because the situation is surreal- The votes were basically all counted in the State as of early this morning- — and they’re not being released.
Thanks for the info.
I can’t find your latest post.
