The rest of the nation will pick up the tab for the states unfunded pension and aid to illegals.
With 55 Electorals both parties will cover any and all debts the left incurs here.
Republicans will never win those 55 electorial votes. No reason for them to drop a dime on the Corrupt Golden Bear. The entire country was anti-Obama and they still could not win with RINO's in this state. Kalifornia is dominated by the sanctuary cities of Los Angeles and San Franciso. There will be some house seats up for grabs, but nothing else here for the GOP in Mexifornia.
