DNC memo blames Bush for impending midterm loss By Mike Riggs - The Daily Caller 10:31 AM 11/02/2010
The great recasting has begun. What does a Republican victory a whole slew of them, actually, in states both red and blue mean for the Democratic Party? In the collective brain pan of the Democratic National Committee , not much.
Democrats knew that 2010 would be an uphill battle for three reasons, reads a memo that the DNC sent its allies early this morning. Anticipating a drubbing, the committees talking points suggest that theres nothing out of the ordinary about todays likely Republican victory:
The party of the president historically loses seats in midterm elections; Too many people are looking for work or struggling to get by as a result of eight years of irresponsible economic policies (and despite creating more private sector jobs in the last eight months than President Bush did in 8 years); the sheer number of seats were defending this year as a result of the successes of 2006 and 2008, including 49 Democratic representatives on the ballot this year whose districts John McCain won in 2008.

“Sheesh...Theyll still be blaming Bush in 50 years.”
They still blame Christie Todd Whittman in New Jersey.
Actually you can take out “Delusional disorder” and substitute "Democrat" or "liberal" and it still reads correct.
What, was it that pitch he threw at that baseball game the other day?
So true!!...Thank you and I am gonna love this....
They can’t run on their record ,,, Stimulus I and II , the Bank Bailouts , taking over the auto makers , BamsterCare , Wall Street Bail outs and on and on ,,, so BIOB still works because it’s all they got .
That's because President Bush was RESPECTFUL of the OFFICE OF PRESIDENT when he was IN IT, and after HE WASN'T.
Obama's attitude is already apparent. He thinks 'he' is the only thing that deserves RESPECT.
“Series” is part of FReeper lore. It was a honest misspelling for serious, and now usually infers sarcasm.
Weak-flavored weak with weak gravy. ZerO created more jobs than W? And where are those monkeys flying from?(with apologies to Wayne’s World)
Thank you GWB!
Well...OK.
“Series” is a hugh part of FReeper lore.
I still blame Woodrow Wilson and FDR and it is nearly 100 years ago.

If you want off my ping list get over it!
And now another governor named Christie is reversing the RINO damage she did.
2012: Obama blames Bush for impending loss to Palin
2014: Obama blames Bush for widespread ridicule of legacy
2050: Obama blames Bush for “durned kids on lawn”
Unbelievably lame and pathetic, even for the ‘Rats. These bums have had two years of unfettered control of all levels of the federal government and this is the best they can do, blame Bush? Surely they can run on their record of accomplishments, things they have done with the power entrusted to them...? Oops, never mind...
I still don’t understand the “math” that shows more private sector jobs in two years than Bush did in eight.
Was the sub 5% employment rate a fantasy I had with no connection to reality.
"I need a bigger shovel."
I read the title and immediately thought this was satire.
