Poor guy says he had a late night. Early on, it looked like he had workied on his Teleprompter tennis head swaying by pausing to look in the TV cameras in front of him, but he's now back to the tennis swivel.
It looks like he's reading text on the podium. Could be a hidden screen along with the big screens usually in the back of the room for his press conferences.
