• President Obama addressed voters on “The Steve Harvey Morning Show” on Tuesday, saying their choices would change what the country would be able to accomplish in the next two years.

“The fact of the matter is, even though my name is not on the ballot, my ability to work with the middle-class families is hampered if I don’t have people in Congress who want to work with Congress,” Obama said in remarks that were taped Monday and aired Tuesday. “Frankly, the other side — their whole agenda is to spend the next two years trying to defeat me rather than move the country forward.”

Obama is spending Election Day not on the trail but on the airwaves. He will be doing a final get-out-the-vote push Tuesday in separate radio interviews with Ryan Seacrest and Russ Parr that also were taped Monday.

He will be interviewed live Tuesday by radio stations in Los Angeles, California, and Las Vegas, Nevada, and will tape interviews with stations in Chicago, Illinois, and Jacksonville, Florida. He also taped a message that will appear on AOL’s “You’ve Got ...” segment on Tuesday morning.

my ability to work with the middle-class families is hampered if I don’t have people in Congress who want to work with Congress,” Obama said

First, his ability to work with the middle class is hampered only because he alienated them.

Second, he speaks of Congress like it's some entity that separate from, well, Congress. Instead of Congress, he must have meant "my agenda". He already views the newly-elected Congress as aliens instead of representatives of US, the people.

Then there's the endless "my", "me", "I", all about me me me!

That what Representatives are supposed to do... represent. For every congresscritter trying to defeat you Zero, there are thousands upon thousands upon thousands of Americans who hired him or her to do just that. Bummer to be you, loser uslurper. Is that why you are fleeing the country, Zero? Are you planning to punish your enemies?

This will be the theme for tomorrow’s presser. Blame on everyone and everything but himself.

He will throw down the gauntlet and dare the GOP to cross him.
