I’m listening to Christine now on the local yokel.

She says the internal polling has her and Coons neck in neck. Take that for what it’s worth.

She claims that Sussex county can win this for her. Delaware only has 3 counties. Newcastle is the largest populated and Coons is counting on them.

Supposedly the Coons campaign is sending out emails stating they’re not happy with the turnout in Newcastle.

Christine is right now going to Lewes and Bridgeville voting places for those in Delaware.

I’m talking to Christine about helping her write her book. woman definitely needs a book, you think, no matter the outcome? She likes my writing but I don’t know about being a ghost-writer. Plus, I’m a nobody....she can probably get the best. BUT....well it was MY piece that immediately preceded the endorsement by Palin....I’m jus’ sayin’.

She sounds giddy and I’m not sure about Coons going all public with concerns about voter turnout, heck, it’s been reported on Rush for God’s sake. Why would they admit this so early in the day?

I think of every election today, her winning would be by far the most satisfying.

Can you imagine watching MSNBC, CBS, NBC etc... as they report it? It would be the ultimate in schadenfreude. Even better if she came out to “Witchy Woman” by The Eagles, and told the media to shove it.

I also think it would be a huge boost out west. If she wins and the race is called by say 9PM, there’d still be 2 hours left to vote in CA and WA and I think that could make a huge difference there.

Lets hope DE is down with COD

I voted at lunchtime in a highly conservative/Republican district. I asked the poll workers, “How’s the turnout?”

“Very heavy,” replied one. “Extremely heavy,” said another.
