Remember, the Democratic cities report first. The Republican towns and beyond don't come in until later.

That has no basis in fact, history, or logic. Cities take longer to count the larger #s of votes. Dems also like to know exactly how many votes need to be "manufactured" before they start reporting their stronghold totals.

The rural areas almost always report first, and the Dem stronghold cities chime in later.
