Brit Hume read the exit polls just the opposite and warned this was the first wave which is the least accurate. He said the polls were showing big wave.

Sean Trende: 5 percent in, and Jackie Walorski (R) is up 20 in IN-2. Baron Hill (D) down in IN-9, Buchson up on van Haaften (D) in IN-8. All 3 would be pickups if this holds, but they will likely tighten, given where the ballots are coming in from.
