There was some confusion about this; fortunately here’s a news story I posted on it this afternoon.

She had the car running in front of her own home, with certain voting paraphernalia (not ballots, evidently) when it was stolen.

I heard reports here in FR that the dems are really concerned over low turnout in dem strongholds in Conn. and Del. If that is true in the bluest of states, then they could be a Landslide of Biblical proportions.

November 2, 2010. The left’s Waterloo.

Maryland district 5 checking in:

I voted at 4pm today and my wife voted this morning as the polls opened.

The word I got as I was leaving was that Governor Bob Erlich and the Pubbies were neck and neck with the dummies. Where I live the dummies out number the Pubbies two to one. This is a good sign.

According to the volunteers outside, turnout was very heavy.

Exit polls breaking on Drudge. Looks good so far.

Arkansas: Boozman (R) defeats Lincoln (D)
Ohio: Portman (R) defeats Fisher (D)
North Dakota: Hoeven (R) defeats Potter (D)
Wisconsin: Johnson (R) defeats Feingold (D)

I think the reason there were some last minute endorsements by Palin was simply to prevent any counter attack ads.

Just returned from voting (at 4:55 p.m.) with my two sons, the younger one’s first time. We live metro Atlanta, specifically, in Hank “Tip Over” Johnson’s district, which is obviously majority ‘rats.

However, my precinct is about 65 - 35 ‘pubs. The liberals in my precinct likely work at Emory University, CDC, etc. You get the picture.

Anyway, the poll workers checked our driver’s licenses, then scanned them. I was told by a friendly poll worker that voting was very heavy in the early morning and during lunch time.

We only waited about 10 minutes, but, as you noted, there was a steady flow of voters.

All three of us voted for Isakson, Deal, Cagle, and Liz Carter, who will likely lose to Tip Over.

Not one ‘rat vote from us. I must be doing something right.

He was talking about inflation and how the Fed plans to flood the system with atleast $500 billion tomorrow.

Not that he is not right, but I am going to enjoy today and tomorrow (if things go as expected). We’ve worked hard to open voters eyes to Obama and the Rats. I’ll return to reality on Thursday, but I am focusing on the elections right now!

I'm in NY-23. Brisk voting about 10 minutes ago when I was there, they said it had been that way all day. Poll worker I know whispered to me much larger turnout of republicans and Conservatives. Don't know how much that will matter in NY, but maybe we can at least get rid of Bill Owens. Was tempted to write-in Lisa Murkowski— ha ha just kidding, hated seeing Schumer at the top of the ballot. I am a Republican but vote straight conservative whenever possible to remind them what I expect.

Caught the tail end of Martha McCallum’s (sp?) exit polling results. She said Health Care was an extremely important factor, with only 16% of people in favor. The dems will have us believe voter anger is ONLY BECAUSE OF THE ECONOMY. Didn’t buy it then and I’m not buying it now. How they will now spin should be quite interesting.

I vote in a little one-room schoolhouse in rural Idaho. I had to park down the road this morning. No room. Never saw the like. I don’t think it means a lot since this is a pretty conservative area anyway, but if it’s that passionate here I can only hope it translates to areas more in play. Cross fingers and Eagles Up!

I voted this morning, and turnout was already high for a mid-term election; I took some younger folks this afternoon, and there was a line the like I had never seen before at this precinct.
