You’re right, he’s not an idiot. I’m just still laughing at his decision to pitch to Renteria with 1st base open. His management style fits the AL very well, but the NL is a different animal altogether. Congrats on a big year, now on to hockey season!! Go Sharks!

I’m just still laughing at his decision to pitch to Renteria with 1st base open.That was all Cliff Lee right there. Even Molina was telling him he should throw breakers to Renteria and if he walks, he walks. Lee pretty much said thanks, but no thanks. Oops.
