Years ago I had a boss who made our lunch time coincide with Rush Limbaugh’s TV show and he watched it religiously in the break room every day. LOL

Yeah, yeah, the unions do it .. give employees (including those employed and paid by member companies) time off to work phone banks, attend rallies, drive voters to the polls, etc., but an employer can’t do it. That’s different. We get it.
