Bush and the rest really f&&ked up. All these should of been field inteerogated and then shot.
Ideally yes...realistically it wouldve been a nightmare. Especially in light of the wiki leaks. Better to have shot him on sight,as they did and not bothered with saving his sorry ass afterwards.
