The entire Congress knew both McCain and Obama had a problem with eligibility by January 2008. They voted with one exception for McCain to be eligible by Resolution 536??.

Since Dems did a favor for Pubs, Claire McCaskill, on the Judiciary along with Obama, demanded a favor in return—letting Obama run and were provided the standard reply—Obama was born in Hawaii. Pubs thought McCain could beat Hillary. They were blindsided by the nomination for Obama, or else they didn’t care. The whole bunch violated the Constitution resulting in a Marxist administration. America was betrayed.
