Exactly. Neither this racist not Michelle Obama violated any laws. The laws don't apply to blacks at a polling place, so they can't be violated. just ask Attorney General Holder and anyone who tried to vote at a New Black Panthers patrolled polling place in 2008.
Maybe this was the hope and change Oboma campaigned about. So far, he's destroyed the economy, created a record deficit, produced a record number of homeless, set a new food stamp record, lost millions of jobs, so why not destroy the elections, too? He might as well go for it all. His voters would be eternally grateful if he made everyone in the country as miserable and as self loathing as they are.
