There are various allegations of possible voter fraud across the country, against both parties, but nowhere does there seem to be a more unusual case than in Troy, New York.
A special prosecutor investigating allegations of voter fraud, Trey Smith, is collecting DNA from the majority of the city council...all Democrats. Five city councilmen, including the council president, as well as four other city and county public officials and political operatives, have been ordered to or have had their saliva swabbed for DNA samples to compare to absentee ballots and absentee ballot applications that were allegedly forged.
The investigation centers on what has been called "a massive voter fraud scheme," that involved absentee ballots for the Working Families Party, in September 2009. It has been alleged that Democrats tried to steal the primary election for city council and county legislature, by forging absentee ballots and ballot applications to ensure that their candidates also won the Working Families Party primary line.
'No comment," is what Democratic Council member Gary Galuski told us, as well as several other public officials who are under investigation.

This was previously badly reported without a link.
The suggestion was that they were matching the DNA from saliva on the envelopes to the VOTERS. This, of course, was preposterous.
Matching the saliva of suspect absentee ballots to people you think were involved in a conspiracy to manufacture those ballots - (i.e. the corrupt Dems on the City Council) - that is at least feasible (Once you subpoena the DNA of the suspect City Council members).
Very interesting. Voter fraud needs a real hard look in America these days. It is CANCER to a Republic.

Cool. If they liked the envelopes they are caught. They should be hung if guilty.

He also said "what appears as a huge conspiracy to non-political persons, is really a normal political tactic that went out of control. This say's it all...the corruption is so bad it is looked at as normal!!!

If they liked the envelopes they are caught. It has to a little furthered than "liked". If you really love and envelope, you leave a little DNA on it. Just sayin, ya know?

DeFiglio claimed to investigators that the practice is "an ongoing scheme, and it occurs on both sides of the aisle. This is the throw away line...voter fraud is almost always a democrat thing usually involving union thugs!!!

They should be hung if guilty. Agreed. Vote fraud is a direct attack on the entire body politic. The death penalty is a perfectly appropriate, rational, and moral response to such an offense.

What is known about the special prosecutor? Is he/she a lifelong democrat? That the city council member actually licked the individual envelopes seems far-fetched (even if fraud was likely). If the prosecutor has witnesses to this and the DNA test is just to confirm then it potentially is a good move. However, this could also be a whitewash tactic. When they say “no fraud involved” they would be able to say they even went as far as DNA testing.

I agree with your fervor but not with the degree.
I would, however, like to reinstate the traditions of "tar and feathering" and "rail-riding" for these occasions.
Seriously, after the right to life and property, nothing is more dear to our "unalienable" rights than the vote.

I am not interested in platonic relationship with ballots.

We must enact a new stricter enforcement of voters rights, and to bring forth immediate and harsh punishment for those committing voter fraud. We as a nation have become way too lax when it has come to votes and methods of gathering votes. By our own laziness we have allowed voter fraud to grow its girth and it has overwhelmed us. And if we don't get reactive right NOW this upcoming election and all others afterwords will never be honest. If the New Black Panthers can be allowed to "defend" voters rights so can every citizen of the USA. Even if it requires the use of the National Guard in each and every state.

Seriously, after the right to life and property, nothing is more dear to our "unalienable" rights than the vote. The only things that secure our other rights are the ballot and the jury. In our system, the government is *supposed* to be subservient to the people.

we already know that cheating is hardcoded the Dem’s DNA...

I just hope the investigators handling this stuff are using latex gloves for their own protection.
