]Convicted felons can’t vote but if this is just Cook County Jail doesn’t that mean they haven’t been convicted yet? Just waiting trial?

Still for arrested people to be treated better than our brave men and women serving overseas is a travesty

How about a constitutional amendment giving each active duty serviceman FIVE votes?

Sounds about right to me.
