What these drones all fail to take into account is the original Constitution of England and its original common laws wherein “natural born” were only those born to “natural born” or “naturalized” (jus sanguinis). Either way, they were both official & legal acting members of England at the time of the child's birth. That is the common law the founders talk about when they state that they founded our laws on the ancient principles, the ancient common law & they never called it English common law as that law was only common to England & we were already of country of immigrants from all over the world. That is the 2nd mistake these drones make, they think everyone here was British born. It only shows their ignorance of history & disdain for American Exceptionalism.
