Not true. I said a treaty cannot override the Constitution. If the President signed a treaty requiring all Americans to turn in their guns, and the Senate approved it, it would still be an invalid treaty because it conflicts with the Constitution.

Thus the treaties with Sweden and China were overruled by the Constitution.

But I’m not accusing you of lying - I just don’t think either of you can read well enough to understand what anyone writes.
