Toner is just as likely to transfer cool or hot.

Yeah, right. That's why printers use heat to transfer the toner to the paper ... cuz it doesn't matter whether the toner is hot or cold. (/s) You don't have clue.

And the paper is essentially cool within seconds of being out of the printer. It’s not metal, it’s paper.

Yes, exactly, making it less likely that the toner will transfer after it dries (cools).

Your "analysis" of how toner adheres to paper is so far out in left field as to be laughable.
