Danae, if you could just please snap a photo of this within a reasonable time frame (like less than an hour), I would be so grateful! Obviously, it would be impossible for the HDOH to mail the photocopy of your BC and receipt with the mailing address behind the photocopy of the birth certificate. After all, they did arrive in an envelope with a window and the mailing address is printed directly on the receipt according to your photos.

Come on. This story is pure invention, El Sordo.

In fact, a quick eyeballing of the photos shows it would be impossible for that receipt to have ever been folded up BEHIND the photocopy of that birth certificate. The folds on the receipt are just too far apart. As a graphic designer, I am aware that when ink transfers during mailing, it’s a result of the sorter machines.

It’s been three days since this was posted and there has been no correction from Danae or El Sordo if he was mistaken. But if for some reason the ‘ink transfer’ came from the TONER on the photocopy of the birth certificate and was transferred to the back of the receipt—please post a photo of that, too! I want to “read” it.

I mean, Danae’s COLB is basically the only COLB propping up the ‘Date Filed By...’ language also found on Obama’s COLB and this story doesn’t hold water. It’s important to verify these claims. Or not. Why are you lending credibility to Danae’s BC story with an outright lie, El Sordo? Hmm?

This is not about some silly bet that Danae could obtain an uncertified copy of her long form—this is about verifying there’s nothing unusual about her long form that would cause her ‘certification’ to read ‘Date Filed By Registrar.’

And don’t get me started on the State Registrar acceptance ‘date stamp’ on that long form. A comparison with 26 other ‘date stamps’ from 1927-1981 shows that only Danae’s are inconsistent. Why are yours so very different, Danae? Contrary to what you claim, something is unique about your birth certificate: the date stamps. Why?

I am sorry, but what the heck is going on here? Maybe I don’t really want to know.

I really struggled to just keep my mouth shut on this, but I can’t watch Danae and El Sordo and other unsuspecting people fall all over themselves about their humility and the truthfulness behind this stupid, stupid situation. There’s lies all right. Lots of them.

Of course I expect people to think and believe as they please—but personally, I don’t give this Birth Certificate and the ‘Certification of Live Birth’ any credibility—too many weird variables....I know that some of you who I included on this list KNOW what I am talking about.

Anyway, I just had to speak up on it. Sorry, Danae. Something stinks here.

But, to my point. I have NEVER requested to be on ANY ping list of yours that I can recall and here on FR we request to be on a PING list, NOT just added to one. It is considered RUDE.

Your post is yet another example of how mistaken assumptions lead to wild speculation which then leads to more mistaken assumptions.

You assume the transfer of ink took place inside the envelope while the documents were folded. That leads you to speculate that El Sordo and Danae are lying.

What you fail to consider is that the transfer of ink could have occurred right after the documents were printed while they were sitting in the tray waiting to be taken off the printer.

To call someone a liar based on this flimsy assumption and wild speculation is morally repugnant.

Ah, ha! Now I get it. The "Date Filed By" blows away your theory of the significance of "Date Accepted By" verses "Date Filed By." And you simply can't have that, can you?

Sure, if by "basically the only COLB" you actually mean "one of three different COLBs" apart from Obama's that say "Date Filed By":

With Obama's, that makes FOUR different COLBs that say "Date Filed By."

So if four isn't enough for you, exactly how many examples do you need before you'll be convinced that there's nothing wrong with the word "Filed"? A dozen? A hundred?

Ok.... I have been doing homework all day and not looking at FR. so I have spent the last 45 minutes tracking down this dang post.

I will just start off by saying that I am really pissed off. So forgive me if I come across rather short with you.

1) Everything I have has come to me from the state of Hawaii. I don’t know WHY every freaking little number date stamp or what ever doesn’t match. I wasn’t there when the office generated my documents, so I can’t answer that.

2) I will cut the damn envelope apart so you can see inside it and try to photograph it and the toner mark El Sordo found. The marks are inside the envelope as well.

3) I specifically ASKED you Miss Tickly to send me any questions you might have, I would send you what ever you asked for, and offer what ever information I might possibly have. You agreed, or at least so I thought, after what was such a nice apology for having assumed I was working with Polarik etc. Well, thanks for making all your questions public with our talking to me about it to find some reasonable explanation before going and making perceived inconsistencies public - potentially calling me a liar.

You blew that one eh?

4) You tell me, WTF do I have to gain for misrepresenting ANYTHING? Tell me, since I am at a complete and total loss as to what my motivation for that would be. Why you ask? Simple, I am not representing anything.

5) with regard to date stamp variations, there are at least THREE machines in the HDOH which generate documents such as COLB’s. There must be dozens of hand stamps in that office that may have been there for years if not decades. It is exceptionally short sighted to assume there is only one, or only one style in the office! You have no idea whats there, neither do I for that matter.

6) You are tilting at windmills. Why you are nit-picking on issues that you can neither prove nor disprove let alone give legitimacy to is simply insane.

MT, I am sorry you utterly wasted your time on this. Not just because I consider your time valuable, but also because you have pretty much destroyed what ever trust I built back up in you again.

7) Here are the pictures I JUST took, inside the last 20 minutes. I am only posting the links because 1) I don’t want to whack FR’s bandwidth with all these, and 2) I am pissed off and tired and I don’t feel like going to all the darned trouble of formatting the things for the board. One other thing, the envelope which contained the two receipts I got from HDOH which documented MY error with regard to my 2007 COLB ALSO has some toner marks in just like the envelope I just posted. The marks I see are quite faded as I have been using that envelope to hold several other things, but its there. Fainter than the newer envelope I just got, but its there.

Why am I even bothering to mention this? You are likely going to find some bizarre freaking inconsistency with which to attempt to make it seem like a lie too.

ANYONE.... if you EVER seem me try to help someone by offering up personal experiences and documents, please beat me unconscious and tie my hands behind my back so I can’t post. Being honest and trying to help has ONLY caused me grief and hasn’t helped anyone.
