The denials I’ve seen have been based on 338-18 part b, with no mention of the UIPA. Feel free to show otherwise. You suggested they interpret the part of the UIPA that I quoted differenty from what it says, but you haven’t actually shown this to be the case.

Feel free to document that they responded to a UIPA request for the LFBC and that they denied the INTERPRETATION of the UIPA. Ignoring that law is not the same thing. You do understand that, right??

The question is not has the AG done this but CAN the AG do this. You're trying to cast this argument into a case of proving a negative, which is of course, a logical fallacy.
