"Will see what happens. Lakin may have thrown in the towel to minimize the damage to himself, but in his heart, I doubt that he thinks that Obama is qualified for office."

I suspect you're right. So what? The issue at the Lakin trial has nothing to do with what LTC Lakin believes about the President's eligibility -- even if he's right.

No one's doubting Lakin's right to have an opinion. But nothing concerning presidential eligibility has any bearing on the legality of his orders. The judge said that, and now his own lawyer is saying the same thing.

And of course many others said the same thing early in the game, long before he chose to commit his crimes. He was foolish to pursue a course that was clearly in violation of the law, and he will pay the price for his criminality.

History will determine if he was foolish. The obvious crime is the person who is occupying the Oval Office, and just because people in this nations do not want to face the reality will make it true. Sometimes people make stands on principle; they rise above their petty wants that the leftists can only see beyond their noses.

and he will pay the price for his criminality.

Likely the military panel will just dismiss him from service with no jail time.
