I think many birthers don't understand that even many of us who hate Obama do not want to see a military court or the Supreme Court to throw out a President who won a majority of the vote.

I don't understand your concerns.

Certainly you are aware that neither the Supreme Court nor a military court have the Constitutional authority to "throw out a President."

Who on this thread has made such a claim?

Please explain.

What do you think these court cases are about?

At least Lakin is arguing a somewhat defensible proposition - if Obama was born overseas, as Lakin believes, then he truly is ineligible. Who would remove him is an open question, with many arguing for the Supreme Court to step in - because let’s face it, the Democratic Congress we have right now wouldn’t impeach Obama if he sold state secrets to the Chinese on live TV.

Others want the courts to rule that the child of a Kenyan cannot be President, which would effectively result in a sitting President being removed for an offense known prior to the election.
