The money is at risk of being lost to the corrupt crooks on Wall Street and the government can better manage the money in Social Security and provide people the safety and stability they are demanding for their retirement.
But, I’m not demanding anything from the government.
The thing is, some people have 401K’s, but most don’t. It’s not like we all would ‘invest’ the same if a takeover happened, so my guess is that a redistribution would take place. Geez, this is the twilight zone.
