Does your friend even understand how business works? If she could make the company more efficient, that means more money for the shareholders. She should have got a bonus if that is what she did! Ask your friend this...would you vote for a governor that could improve the state government efficiency despite cutting the government payroll by 10%? He's a moron if he wouldn't.
